KJU State Executive Meeting Held in Palakkad

Plans to Strengthen Organizational Activities Across Kerala

Palakkad: The state executive committee meeting of the Kerala Journalist Union (KJU), the state unit of the Indian Journalists Union (IJU), was held at the KJU office in Palakkad. The meeting resolved to intensify organizational activities by forming new committees in all districts across the state. Furthermore, it was decided that representatives from Kerala will participate in the IJU National Executive Committee meeting scheduled to be held in Bangalore on August 8 and 9.

The meeting was presided over by State President Josy Thumbanath The session was addressed by State General Secretary A.P. Shafeeq, National Executive Member C.M. Shabeerali, IJU National Council Member P.K. Ratheesh, State Vice Presidents A. Rajesh and Raziq Vettam, Secretaries S.D. Ram and Wilson Mecheri, and State Committee members Jaisal Vettam, Jithu Vijay, and P.S. Sahadevan.
